If you are trying to launch the game in Steam and it does not load up, please try this first:

Go to this folder - C:\Users\[YourUsername]\Saved Games\ACE and delete the ACE folder. 

Then try to launch the game again. 


If that does not work, please contact support and provide your DxDiag.txt file 

Please follow these instructions on how to get your DxDiag.txt file:

• Press Windows Key + R on your keyboard.

• Type dxdiag and press Enter.

• Wait for the green progress bar in the lower-left corner to finish.

• Click the Save All Information... button.

• Choose a save location (like your Desktop) and click Save.

• Click Exit to close the tool.
