Receiving A Refund From A Purchase
We can't process refunds for you, as we do not receive the money for your purchase directly here. You can still earn a refund, however, by contacting the store you made the purchase through. Include a receipt of the purchase if you'd like to request a refund:
Purchases made in Gems of War are handled in the game, but the transaction goes through the platform you use to play the game. For this reason, if you contact us for a refund, we won't be able to give it to you.
Missing purchase
If you need reimbursement or would like to receive the purchase that failed, please see this article. We can provide you with the pack if you have not received it within an hour of purchase!
